Description

On 5 February 2010 Ferro announced that it will close its plant in Uden begore the end of the year. Background is the fierce competition in the market for its products (condensors and isolating powder for pc's and cellphones). The closure will result in the loss of 120 jobs. The unions oppose the closure.
