The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 18 February 2010 Denim Air, a leaser of aircraft to the airline industry, went bankrupt, resulting in the loss of 160 of the 180 jobs. The company intends to carry on with two planes and 20 employees, transporting Norwegian military in Afghanistan. The company lost several contracts and failed to win any new ones over the past seventeen months.
