Description
On 22 February 2010, Amsterdam Schiphol Airport announced the loss of 400 jobs by the end of 2010. The cuts are attributed to the unprecedented fall in passengers and air freight traffic orders. Shiphol started the restructuring in 2009 and 150 fulltime jobs have already been cut. Investment plans have been set on hold.
