European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
It has emerged that about 143 workers at the Musgrave supermarket group's Galway depot are to be made redundant in June 2010. It is understood that the Galway outlet will close in June as part of an internal restructuring of the company's distribution network. However, 55 workers in Galway will be offered the chance to relocate to a Musgrave depot in Kildare in the Irish Midlands.
