Description
Management of the French daily newspaper Le Parisien has announced the cut of 35 jobs in Saint-Ouen through voluntary departures. 25 journalists and 10 other employees are concerned. The restructuring plan aims at cutting €3-4million. The department in Saint-Ouen with approximately 260 employees is responsible for the national edition of the newspaper. Management has also announced the cut of around 10% of the staff from the newspaper's regional departments. This could lead to the loss of another 15 jobs. There is no information on when the plan will be implemented.
