Description
Bitech Engineering in Ireland's County Louth is to close, resulting in all 200 staff being made redundant. Bitech is a a subsidiary of Glen Dimplex, one of the world's largest producers of electrical products. It is understood that the closure will have a detrimental impact on the local area, given the size of the plant.
