Description
Karavela Properties, owner of Porkert factory producing kitchen cast-iron grinders, went bankrupt and all 110 workers lost their jobs. Since 1881, the factory has been manufacturing houseware products and its products have been exported to 90 countries. In 1990s' the plant employed some 430 people.
