European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The environmental management and property and plant support services company Lassila & Tikanoja is cutting 110 jobs after concluding negotiations with its employees in Finland.
When the negotiations started the target was to cut 120 jobs among all L&T units in Finland. After negotiations the company announced the cut of 110 jobs. The job cuts will be implemented during 2010.
L&T employs some 9,100 employees in Finland, Sweden, Latvia and Russia.
