European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Cargotec has completed personnel negotiations. The negotiations resulted in permanent reduction of 168 employees in Finland. The planned reductions were 180 employees in the beginning of October.
These measures are part of the plan to merge Hiab and Kalmar business areas and to adjust to the market situation.
Cargotec employs approximately 1,300 people in Finland.
