Description
Off licence group First Quench has announced 5,928 job losses in over 1,100 stores UK-wide in a series of job loss announcements after the company went into administration on October 29 2009. The stores operate under the Threshers, Wine Rack, The Local, Haddows, Bottoms Up and Victoria Wine brands, and will shut by 16 December 2009.
Administrators KPMG are in advanced talks over the sale of the business.
