Description

French machinery company Alstom is to cut up 400 jobs at its Brno plant in 2010 due to the relocation of the plant for boiler production abroad (Russia or China). Czech unions are ready to claim a severance pay equal to 24 average monthly wages and expenses for retraining programmes to be covered.
