Description
On 29 July 2009 Mediq, an international retail and distribution company for pharmaceuticals and medical supplies, announced that it will cut 200 jobs by the end of 2010. These job losses come on top of the 250 job cuts reported in 2008 and are attributed to the government measures to cut the costs in the healthcare sector.
