Description

ČD Cargo, a freight transport subsidiary of the České dráhy (the state-owned railway company of the Czech Republic) announced 1,200 job losses (i.e. 11% of the staff) that have been implemented from January to September 2009. The job cuts are a consequence of the the global economic crisis.
