European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Huta Sendzimira, a subsidiary of the ArcelorMittal group, will dismiss 400 workers by the end of 2009 from the steelworks in Kraków. ArcelorMittal Poland owns steelworks in Katowice, Kraków, Sosnowiec, Świętochłowice and Chorzów and employs about 1000 people.
