Description
HEROtsc - formely known as TSC - has announced that it is to reopen its call centre in Greenock following reaching an agreement with broadcaster Sky to provide support. 200 staff will be employed at the site and a further 170 will boost staff numbers at another site in Falkirk. The call center was closed earlier in the year after contractor T-Mobile moved operations overseas. The company has said that it is in the process of contacting former employees to offer them the opportunity to return to work for them.
