European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Property developer Lagan Homes has announced it is to begin development on a site in East Belfast creating almost 150 jobs. More than 1000 homes will be built on the 96-acre site on the Comber Road, Dundonald. Work is due to begin in the autumn on the first phase of the development with 150 houses due for completion in summer 2010.
