European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Due to the insolvency of German car supplier Karmann, Karmann's plant at Rheine with 108 employees will be closed in December 2009. Production will be moved to Poland and to the Osnabrück plant. The insolvency administrator and the works council have agreed on an interest reconciliation plan covering the 108 Rheine workers.
