European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
A Cheshire-based company that trades under the names the Booze Buster, Simply Drinks and Simply Food & Drinks has announced 320 job losses. The company called in administrators Deloitte who have sold 109 of the 170 stores in the chain protecting 640 jobs.
