European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The Belgian national railway company will cut 900 jobs within its cargo subsidiary, B Cargo, by the end of 2010. The restructuring plan is intended to avoid a future deficit. The management hopes to have a balanced budget for 2011.
