European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The commercial court of Boulogne-sur-Mer has announced the liquidation of the French clothes manufacturer Artex which employs 164 people. They will all be laid off by October 2009.
Based in Arques, northern France, Artex was specialised in urgent replenishment orders for clothes retailers such as Promod, Camaieu, Pimkie and Etam.
