European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
French retailer Carrefour announced the opening of a new logistic centre at Băcia, Hunedoara county, which will create 100 new jobs. In the first half of 2009, the company reported total sales of EUR 532 million, an increase of 4.8% over the same period from the previous year.
