Description

The daily newspaper "La Nouvelle République du Centre Ouest" has announced a restructuring plan involving the reduction of 181 jobs.

There has since been a conflict between unions and management on the calculation of severance pay. On 21 September, the Work Council of La Nouvelle République du Centre Ouest rejected the restructuring plan.

According to estimates from the work council, 117 employees have opted for voluntary departure.
