Description
The weapon-producing company Zakłady Metalowe MESKO based in Skarżysko Kamienna has announced a programme to reduce production costs by cutting employment by 250 jobs by the end of July 2010. The programme will start in the beginning of October 2009. The job losses are a response to the reduction of orders from the defence sector. Mesko manufactures a range of weapons and ammunition, machines and tools.
