European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
French transportation company Giraud Champagne-Ardenne, a unit of Giraud international group, will cut 119 jobs before the end of September 2009 as part of its liquidation.
The unit has been struggling with financial losses (EUR 451,000) since the beginning of the year (2009).
Giraud Champagne-Ardenne is based in Chaumont, northeastern France.
