European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Avioane Craiova SA, a Romanian aircraft manufacturer, announced a restructuring programme involving collective dismissals for 300 employees, starting in October 2009. The restructuring process is necessary in order to prepare the company for privatisation.In June 2009, company had 658 employees and the estimated turnover for this year is 10 million euro.
