European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The commercial court of Annecy (Haute-savoie) has announced that it has accepted the plan of Maike. The commercial court has placed Frank et Pignard under liquidation.
Maike buys manufacturer of mechanical parts for cars turned.
This decision will save 517 of the 615 jobs the company in Thyez (Haute-Savoie). Maike's management, which employs 1,100 employees and produces 130 million euro in sales, also invest around 12 million euro over three years in upgrading production facilities.
