European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The Italian group Orsero has announced that its French subsidiary GF Group will create an initial connection by ferry to Morocco and Algeria in October 2009.
180 jobs will be created before September 2012.
GF Group, will invest 24.5 million euro for the construction of a terminal refrigeration and operate a container terminal.
