European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Jablonex Group, a traditional Czech glass and jewellery maker, has announced that it is to cut 360 jobs by the end of August 2009. Further dismissals will occur in September 2009 as the production at the site in Železný Brod is to be closed. As of August 2009, there is no information on the number of people employed.
