European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 28 July 2009, UBS Service Centre (a subsidiary of the UBS group) secured permission to operate in Zabierzów, in the Krakow Technological Park (a special economic area). The company will open a data processing, accounting, and IT facility, hiring more than 250 employees by mid-2010.
