European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Servisair Cargo, a ground services company, has announced that the company has been placed under liquidation by the commercial court of Bobigny (Seine-Saint-Denis). The liquidated company's 337 employees will be laid off in August.
Sixty employees could be hired by two buyers. The first one is Air Support, which recovers the activities in the province Servisair in Marseille, Bordeaux, Lyon, Nantes and Brest and retain the 32 employees currently on these sites. The second is Transit'Air, purchasing activities Servisair Cargo at Orly Airport (Val-de-Marne), where 28 people work.
