European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Goss International, leader in offset printing solutions, has announced that Goss will relocate from its Nantes's site in Pays-de-Loire in west of France to its Montaire's site, in a bid to cope with the deterioration of its activities. Following this relocation, Gross would cut 170 jobs its Nantes's site and transfer 120 workers in its Montataire's site in Picardie.
The CEO has decided to spread the social plan in August and use resignations.
