Description
The British bank Lloyds is to cut another 1,200 jobs across the UK as a result of the merger with HBOS late in 2008, taking the total job losses announced so far to 8,200. No details were given on when the job losses would be implemented. The jobcuts are the latest of Lloyds' cutbacks (see previous fact sheets - 13978, 13928, 14207, 13817, 13711 and 13487).
