European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
REDITUS, a company specialising in services outsourcing and engineering and mobility solutions, has announced the creation of 360 new jobs in Castelo Branco, Portugal.
The company opened a service centre in Castelo Branco in a partnership with the municipality of Castelo Branco and Vodafone. The group is currently divided into two business areas: Services Outsourcing and Engineering and Mobility Solutions. This new service centre will create 360 new jobs until the end of next year, representing an investment of 2 million euros.
This project began with the provision of back-office services to Vodafone but future collaboration with other entities is foreseen. The centre will provide front and back-office services and, due to the proximity to Spain, may have an important role in the business expansion in Iberian market.
