Besedo, a Swedish company offering customer support to on-line companies, plans to double its workforce in Malta from 140 to 280 by the end of 2010. Besedo, which has also offices in Stockholm and Malaysia, set up its Malta centre in 2008. The company's CEO stated that the first year of work in Malta was very successful and was highlighted by great flexibility from both the workers and company. The CEO also said that his company was in the process of starting talks with educational institutions to run training courses for its employment needs.
