European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Železiarne Podbrezova management has decided to close its components plant ŽP Prako in Prakovce with a loss of over 100 jobs. The site produces components for mechanical engineering and automotive industries. Due to economic downturn, more than 100 employees will be dismissed by the end of August 2009.
