Description
PKC Group Poland, the producer of cable clusters, is to cut 129 jobs by late June 2009, in addition to 228 jobs that were cut in December 2008 and January 2009. Thus, total number of dismissed people will reach 357 workers. In April and May 2009, 29 workers received termination notices. Then, on 7 May 2009, the trade unions present in the company's Starachowice plant received official notice of collective redundancies (100 workers).
