European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Oceanteam Power and Umbilical, an offshore services company, has ceased operations and its 150 employees in Aberdeen and Dundee have been made redundant. The closure came after the holding company withdrew its financial support. The firm is part of Oceanteam ASA which is headquartered in Norway and provides construction support vessels, burial and flexible lay equipment and geosciences services.
