European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Ciserom Sebes, producer of footgear, has announced the dismissal of 228 employees taking effect in May. As of April 2009, there is no information on when the job losses will be implemented by. The company' representatives blamed the decrease of market demand for the decision to cut the jobs. Established in 1927, the company has currently 518 employees.
