American Express Voyages d'Affaires, a business travel company, has announced that it is to cut 460 jobs throughout France out of 2,100. The cuts will affect travel agents, as well as supervisory and supportive staff. About 300 workers will be made redundant, while the remainder could be offered other possibilities(voluntary redundancy, internal transfer, etc.). The job cuts are part of a wider restructuring program which also involves development of new products and operations related to the railway transport.
