European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Leroy Merlin, a French worldwide home improvement and gardening retailer announced that the number of stores in Portugal will be doubled this year. Despite the crisis, the company will open new stores in Alfragide, Maia, Matosinhos and Amadora, which will involve an investment of around 60 million euros and will create 700 new jobs.
