Description
100 employees of Danish producer of pipes and fittings, Star Pipe, are to be made redundant after the company was taken over by Logstor, which is a leading producer of heating pipes at world level. The production will be moved to Logstor's different plants and only a few core employees will find a job in the new company. The owner of Star Pipe, the Obbekjer Foundation, chose to sell star Pipe after experiencing failing economic results for several years.
