European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Prisma LT intends to open a new hypermarket in Vilnius at the beginning of September 2009. Approximately 130 people will be employed in a newly opened hypermarket. Prisma LT is the subsidiary of the Finnish retailing cooperative organisation Suomen Osuuskauppojen Keskuskunta (SOK). The Prisma chain is the market leader for hypermarket stores in Finland. Prisma LT belongs to S Group, which had retail sales in Finland and abroad totalling 11,820.60 million EUR in 2008.
