Description
Toruńska Przędzalnia Czesankowa "Merinotex", the weaving plant, has announced bankruptcy of its factory in Toruń. The workforce of 358 stands to lose their jobs by the end of April 2009; Merinotex was Poland's largest producer of worsted yarn, wool yarn, and wool imitation yarn.
