European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The furniture maker Forte (Przemyska Fabryka Mebli "Forte") has commenced liquidation of its branch in Przemyśl, which will entail loss of 232 jobs by the end of May 2009. Fabryki Mebli FORTE SA (FORTE) is a Poland-based company that is principally engaged in the production and trade of furniture. The Company specializes in home, office and kitchen furniture. Its home furniture offerings include furniture systems for the lounge, dining room, bedroom, living room, sitting room, study and children's room, as well as wall units.
