Description

The French insurance company AXA released a statement today reporting that they have forecast the hiring of 1,600 in Spain out of 25,000 employees to be contracted worldwide over the next few years. The aim of the job creation is strengthening its sales network. AXA plans to divide the additions on an annual basis so that 400 positions are covered each year. In this exercise, the company wants add 400 new workers to its sales network for the five positions that it offers, which are: junior executive, personal protection advisor, asset manager, insurance salesman and insurance assistant, with those who sign contracts. AXA explained that anyone who starts their professional career in the company could be managing their office in just 4 years. Spain, where AXA has more than 10,000 points of sale, is one of the eight countries that have been chosen by the group for the setting up of its sales employment project, along with France, Italy, Germany and USA, amongst others.
