European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Atria Scandinavia has given notice to 83 employees, out of which 7 are early retirements, at the units in Stockholm, Halmstad, Nässjö, Hallsberg and Mark. The unit in Nässjö is closing down. The timeframe of the redundancies is from the end of February until the end of August 2009.
Atria is a food-processing company. The Atria Group has companies in the Nordic countries, Russia and the Baltic countries. The Atria Group's turnover in 2007 was approximately EUR 1,270 million.
