Description
Gem, a provider of call centre services, has announced that it is to create 900 jobs in Northern Ireland. The company, which currently employs 1000 people, is creating the jobs as it expands its operations, which are currently based in Belfast and Londonderry, and the jobs will be created over the next three years.
