European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Praktiker Romania, a company specialised in the distribution of household equipment and materials, has announced the creation of 400 jobs with the opening of four new stores. The company has already 25 stores across Romania. At present, Praktiker Romania employs approximately 3,000 and for the first three-quarters of 2008, reported a turnover of 217 million euro.
