DORAL, a leading manufacturer of aluminium systems, plans to cut 70 jobs at its Thessaloniki site.
According to the Macedonian - Thrace Metalworkers' Federation, DORAL is cutting 70 of its 250 job positions due to the severe crisis in the construction sector.
DORAL has produced aluminium systems for windows, doors and curtain walls for over 25 years. Based in Thessaloniki, with an extensive network of exclusive distributors in Greece as well as subsidiaries in other countries, it is the largest producer of aluminium windows and doors in Greece and in South East Europe. DORAL is the only totally vertical integrated company in Europe that specializes in the design, development, extrusion, surface treatment, manufacturing, finishing and trading of high quality architectural aluminium systems.
