Description

Cider manufacturer Bulmers has announced 120 redundancies at its County Tipperary plant as part of an internal restructuring plan. The company has attributed the redundancies to testing economic conditions, high costs, and reduced market share. Management has also produced a pay freeze. Unions and workers reacted angrily to the news.
